The Biogeochemical Exchange Processes at Sea-Ice Interfaces (BEPSII) research community has funding available to support early career scientists in research collaborations and exchanges related to biogeochemistry of sea-ice and the polar environment.

This book collection will explore how Indigenous and non-Indigenous artists from Arctic communities have witnessed and responded to environmental changes often driven by human actions and the associated impacts of those changes on identity and wellbeing.

In mid-February, together with local Finnish embassies, Arctic Spirit -branded events happened in the Canadian capital, Ottawa, and in the US capital, Washington DC. The event was held in Ottawa in February 13th and in Washington DC on February 15th 2024.

The second CAS roundtable and research clinic was held online 27 February, 2024. In the roundtable, experts from the UArctic Thematic Network on Critical Arctic Studies (CAS) shared their views about the theme of the event “CAS: a theory, a method or a perspective – or something else?”.
