NSF encourages all interested parties to participate in one of these sessions. They ask that prospective CCEP teams please limit the number of representatives from their team, because of limits on the number of participants that can be registered for a webinar at any time.

Slides from the webinars will be posted on the NSF website for viewing after-the-fact by those who cannot participate in real time.

At the present time, the following webinar dates have been scheduled:

- Monday, 15 March 2010 from 1:45 to 3:15 p.m. EDT
- Tuesday, 23 March 2010 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. EDT
- Thursday, 25 March 2010 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. EDT

The webinar on Monday, 15 March is being held in conjunction with a meeting of Principal Investigators funded in FY2009 through the NSF Climate Change Education program. Discussion of the CCEP solicitation will be included as part of a larger discussion at the meeting on the federal role in climate change education. This session will include an overview of the U.S. Global Change Research Program and additional funding opportunities related to climate change education that are being offered by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions immediately following the presentations, but the time for Q&A is expected to be limited at this first webinar.

The one-hour webinars on Tuesday, 23 March and Thursday, 25 March will be exclusively focused on the NSF CCEP solicitation, with an opportunity for online participants to ask questions of NSF program staff. The content presented in these two webinars (and in the NSF solicitation portion of the 15 March webinar) will be identical, so it is not necessary to participate in more than one webinar.

Proposal-specific questions should be reserved for separate discussion with NSF program staff listed on the CCEP solicitation.

Webinar Logistics

Participation in the interactive sessions requires an internet connection (higher-speed preferred) and a telephone (non-cellular preferred) to call the meeting's toll-free number for conferencing.

You must be registered on the Webex site to participate in one of the webinars. Please follow these instructions to register:

- Go to https://nsf100.webex.com.
- Click on "Upcoming."
- Chose CCEPPIWorkshop on either March 15, 23, or 25 and click on "Register."
- Enter your name and email and submit your registration.

You will receive a confirmation via email that you are registered.

Please note that the number of participants that can attend each session is limited to 100. If that number is exceeded, NSF will have to "reject" your registration.

Participating in the web seminar:

- Await your approval response, to invite you to the session.
- Print this information for reference.
- Go to https://nsf100.webex.com at least 15 minutes before the webinar is scheduled to begin.
- Please allow 5-10 minutes to install the Webex browser as you logon.
- Dial the toll-free teleconference phone number: 1-866-727-8088.
- Enter the Participant's Passcode: 9501514 and password: PIWorkshop.
- Under "Today" click on your webinar.
- Join Session Now by entering your Registration ID and the session password: PIWorkshop and session topic: CCEPPIWorkshop.
- Note the date that you are registered to attend before you click to join the session.
