UArctic visits Finnmark

Andy Greenshaw, vice-chair of the Board of UArctic, President Lars Kullerud and Vice-President Administration visited Finnmark University College in Alta, Norway on November 18, 2008 to discuss cooperation in the context of UArctic. As lead of two Thematic Networks and leader of the Mobility Strategic Area and its north2north student mobility program, Finnmark University College is among the most active institutions in UArctic and clearly among those that UArctic was initially set up to serve. The delegation met with a large group of faculty, including Vice Rector Beathe Sätvedt, as well as two north2north students from Russia.
