Igor is Sr. Research Fellow, Advisor to the Rectorate and Chair, Endowment Board, all at FEFU. Leads the UArctic Science Analytics Task Force since its inception which has now become the UArctic Science & Research Analytics Institute. Studied and worked in Alaska (B.A.), UK (M.A.), Alberta (Ph.D.); managed Elsevier in Russia. Scholarly interests include decision-making, large-scale resource development projects, arctic anthropology, international research & publication assessments.
Dr. Lars Kullerud
Lars Kullerud has held the position of President of UArctic since May 2002. As the first president of UArctic Lars has had the pleasure to take part in the journey of developing UArctic. Before joining UArctic he represented UNEP in the early life of the Arctic Council and its predecessor AEPS since 1992 as Polar Manager for GRID-Arendal - UNEP's Key Polar Centre. Lars has background as geologist and have worked for the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate.

Dr. Diane Hirshberg
Diane Hirshberg is Professor of Education Policy at the Institute of Social and Economic Research, University of Alaska Anchorage, Director of the Center for Alaska Education Policy Research and Advisor  to the UAA Chancellor on Arctic Research and Education. Her research interests include education policy, indigenous education, and circumpolar education.

Graduated in 1980 from Leningrad State University (now St.Petersburg State University) with Ph.D. in Biology (1991). Currently is the Advisor to the Director of Scientific Library of Saint-Petersburg State University, expert in scientometrics and research evaluation.
Dr. Peter Sköld
Professor Peter Sköld is director of the Arctic Research Centre at Umeå University, Sweden. His research profile includes historical demography, population statistics, indigenous health transitions and northern
cultures. Sköld is president of IASSA, vice chair for IASC WG Human and Social Sciences, and 2003-2016 council member of UArctic.
