Leading scientists and experts will address, for example, how climate change in the Arctic will affect sea level rise, how the changing Arctic climate may affect storm tracks and weather in Europe and North America, and how climate change is affecting biodiversity in the Arctic itself. National delegates, journalists, and all others attending COP23 are welcomed and encouraged to attend, both to hear updated science and to interact with the panelists. For those unable to make it to COP23, the event will be live-streamed.
