Greenland Perspective invites you to the symposium “From Stones to Bread - glacial rock flour for soil restoration, sustainable growth and solution of global problems” to be held on Wednesday, April 27 2016 at the Royal Danish Academy of Sciences and Letters in Copenhagen.

Greenland is rich on natural resources with great potential national and global benefits. One of these is glacial rock flour.

Greenland Perspective invites you to a multi-disciplinary exploration of the potentials of glacial rock flour. Researchers will shed light on this natural fertilizer’s possible contribution towards Greenlandic business development, sustainable farming practices in tropical regions, and tackling global and local environmental and climatic problems. A range of speakers will present multiple aspects of the extraction, exportation, and utilization of Greenlandic glacial flour. Sessions hosted by the speakers will allow for constructive discussion.

The symposium is organized by Greenland Perspective and supported by the Royal Danish Academy of Sciences and Letters.

It is FREE to attend the symposium but registration is mandatory: REGISTRATION HERE.
